Our Market Keeps Growing
The North Coast is the state’s largest growing region. The Hastings, Kempsey, Nambucca, Bellingen and Coffs Harbour areas now have a permanent population well over 180,000. And
then there are tourists . . . tens of thousands of them.
Growth has brought a sustained building and development boom and this overlays the traditional rural industries - dairying, beef and
vealers, bananas and tropical fruits, vegetables, fishing, timber, meat and dairy product processing.
There’s a movement of new settlers and hobby farmers with rural subdivision, closer settlement, new crops and an injection of new
buyer power.
It all adds up to market opportunities too good to be ignored.
